Description

Cake is two layers of  spice flavour.

Filling is a vanilla buttercream.

Decoration is a number of complex  vanilla fondant items and vanilla buttercream. with a chocolate fondant name plaque.

Black fondant mortar board,  a textbook highlighting the elements of rhetoric, logos - logic,  ethos - character and pathos - emotion   and  the logo of the college which he will attend.

Chase graduated from college with a degree in English/Education and is pursuing a Masters in Prefessional Writing and Rhetoric. 

This cake was one of several cakes made for a graduation celebration.  Each cake was designed to reflect the degree obtained and the future plans or, in the case of High School grads, to reflect the further course of study they were to undertake..
